At Arthur & Florence we want your jewelry to reach you quickly and safely. Below you will find everything you need to know about processing and delivery.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 working days. During busy periods, holidays or due to customs checks, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been processed yet. Email your order number to info@arthurandflorence.com. Once an order has been dispatched, you can return it within 30 days according to our Refund Policy.

Shipping method & tracking

Every order is sent with insured, tracked shipping. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code by email. You can also follow your parcel via our track order page.

Product origin

Arthur & Florence is an online-only jewelry store. We work with international fulfilment partners to ship your order and have no physical shop.
